The Horizon: The Blue Zone explores four key areas – fisheries, energy, environment and security – and how they affect one another. The report summarises our best understanding of these resources, and examines the benefits and opportunities that are at stake in our management of them, as well as the threats that could disupr their potential. It also seeks to draw attention ot the opportunities to collaborate and to think a way forward.
