Invest and Trade WA Showcase 2023

On Monday 13 November 2023, the Perth USAsia Centre hosted the Invest and Trade Western Australia Showcase, featuring a keynote presentation from Western Australian Premier Roger Cook.

It is an exciting time for trade and investment. Western Australia is well positioned to take advantage of a dynamic region with immense growth potential. Right across the Indo-Pacific and beyond, there are opportunities in energy, critical minerals, agriculture and education.

The Premier highlighted the strong existing bonds between Western Australia and the region, as well as these opportunities to engage in overseas markets and diversify the state’s economic links.

The evening also included a panel with the Agent General and Investment and Trade Commissioners, who shared insights and reflections on investment and trade dynamics in their respective markets.  

This showcase was hosted by the Perth USAsia Centre on behalf of the Departments of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation.
