National Security strategy?

Professor Jina Kim is Dean of the Language and Diplomacy Division at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and a leading expert on Korean Peninsula security. She was previously Chief of the North Korean Military Division at the Korea Institute for Defense Analyses and an Adjunct Professor at Yonsei University.
She advises numerous Republic of Korea institutions, including the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Unification, Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the Peaceful Unification Advisory Council. She has also advised the Blue House National Security Office and US–ROK Combined Forces Command.
Professor Kim is widely published, with over 50 academic works, including North Korean Nuclear Weapons Crisisand US Policy toward North Korea. She holds a PhD from the Fletcher School at Tufts University and an MA from Yonsei University.
