Submissions to the Joint Standing Committee on Treaties regarding IA-CEPA

The Perth USAsia Centre’s Research Director, Dr. Jeffrey Wilson and Senior Analyst, Kyle Springer have prepared submissions to the Joint Standing Committee on Treaties (JSCOT) regarding the Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS) mechanism and Institutional Provisions in the Indonesia-Australia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IA-CEPA).
