Roundtable with Jon Ahlstrom and Sahil Jain

The Perth USAsia Centre is pleased to host a roundtable discussion with Jon Ahlstrom, Director for AUKUS, and Sahil Jain, Policy Advisor, who serve on the United States National Security Council.

In recent years, the US-Australia relationship has gone from strength to strength. Partners in both the Quad grouping and the AUKUS defence pact, Australia and the United States continue to enshrine their mutual commitment to addressing regional security challenges, advancing shared interests, and promoting a free, open, and inclusive Indo-Pacific.

As the geopolitical landscape of our region continues to evolve, this enduring relationship will remain a cornerstone of Australia’s Indo-Pacific outlook and will be increasingly integral to our security.

Mr Ahlstrom and Mr Jain will join us to discuss the state of the US-Australian security relationship and its regional outlook.
