Nelia Amenabar

Finance Manager

Nelia Amenabar recently joined Perth USAsia Centre as Finance Manager, where she oversees the Centre’s financial management, compliance and reporting functions.

A qualified accountant with over 30 years of experience across not-for-profit organisations, higher education, financing, manufacturing, and government sectors. Prior to joining the Centre, she dedicated 10 years to the University of Western Australia, in her various finance roles with particular focus on budget management, business partnering and regulatory compliance. 

In addition to her professional accomplishment, Nelia is an active volunteer. She serves on her church’s Finance Committee and is an enthusiastic member of the church choir.
