Geoff is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and retired audit partner, with 40 years professional experience providing assurance services to a large variety of businesses, across various industry sectors in both Australia & South Africa. Geoff’s expertise includes external audit, due diligence, independent accountant reports and US PCAOB reporting.

Geoff is currently Chair of the Audit & Risk Management Committee of the WA Department of Biodiversity, Conservation & Attractions, Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee of the WA State Solicitor’s Office and Non-Executive Director & Chair of the Audit, Finance, Risk and Compliance Committee for Rocky Bay Ltd. and a Non-Executive Director of Housing Choices (WA).
