About Dr Premesha Saha
Dr. Premesha Saha is a distinguished Indian foreign policy and maritime security expert, currently serving as a Fellow with the Strategic Studies Programme at the Observer Research Foundation (ORF) in New Delhi. Her research primarily focuses on Southeast Asia, East Asia, Oceania, and the evolving dynamics of the Indo-Pacific region. Her areas of expertise include Indonesia’s maritime strategy, India’s Act East Policy, ASEAN centrality, and Asia-Pacific multilateralism.
