The Perth USAsia Centre convenes conferences and delegations as part of its efforts to raise Western Australia's profile in the Indo-Pacific region, as well as build stronger linkages between Australia, the Indo-Pacific region and the United States. In addition to the annual In The Zone conference series, the Centre has collaborated with the Australian Government and diplomatic missions to so far welcome more than 50 leading international and national delegates to Perth.

The Forum brings together Western Australian startups, small and medium enterprises, policymakers and industry bodies to discuss opportunities and strategies for developing trade and investment relationships in China.
