Professor Paul B. Stares is a conflict prevention expert at the Council on Foreign Relations in Washington DC. On this episode of Perspectives, he talks about how we can anticipate conflict and crises and adopt prevention models like those used in health and public safety. Paul has identified six possible crises which could unfold in the Indo-Pacific and derail the region's much-anticipated economic growth and political stability.
