The University of Western Australia hosted two major In the Zone events during 2011.

The In the Zone forum held in March 2011 was an intensive one-day meeting of 100 national and international leaders from the business, government and academic sectors.  The keynote speaker at this forum was UWA alumnus His Excellency Professor Dr Boediono, Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia.

The University of Western Australia was proud to be a sponsor of the Commonwealth Business Council’s prestigious Commonwealth Business Forum, which took place in Perth in October 2011.  The University held an In the Zone gala dinner in Winthrop Hall for keynote speakers and sponsors of the Commonwealth Business Forum, and hosted a roundtable session during the Business Forum.
