Jo Feldman

Head of Trade Law Jo Feldman is a disputes partner with deep expertise in international arbitration and geopolitical risk. She advises clients in the energy, infrastructure, critical minerals and technology sectors on complex disputes, investment treaties, and regulatory challenges including foreign investment, ESG, sanctions, tariffs and export controls.

Jo has held senior roles with the UN, WIPO and WTO, and currently serves as Vice President of the Centre for International Arbitration (Australia Branch) and on Australia’s expert advisory committee to UNCITRAL. She holds a Master of Law from the University of Cambridge as a Chevening Scholar.
