WA Indo-Pacific Defence Conference - Videos

On 30 October 2018, the Perth USAsia Centre in partnership with Defence West in the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation hosted the inaugural “Western Australian Indo-Pacific Defence” conference at Crown Towers Burswood which examined the Indo-Pacific region and the important role Australia will continue to play via its expertise in defence capability and resources. The conference also aimed to showcase regional opportunities to WA-based industries and promote the State’s defence capability to national and international defence stakeholders. The conference was joined by over 35 experts specialising in defence, security and defence industry. The conference welcomed 500 delegates from the public, private, diplomatic and academic sectors.
