Utilising this expansive and impressive knowledge base the Centre aims to enrich the student experience by innovatively engaging and enhancing UWA teaching programs. 

us foreign policy intensive, masters of international relations

Beginning in 2016, The University of Western Australia and the Perth USAsia Centre facilitated the first teaching collaboration hosting Dr Gorana Grgic, Lecturer in US Politics and Foreign Policy, from the United States Studies Centre (USSC). As part of the Masters of International Relations, Dr Grgic delivers a one-week intensive course on US Foreign Policy. 

Dr Grgic was featured on the Perspectives podcast where she explored the importance of history, particularly using the case study of the former Yugoslavia and how we can apply this in Syria and other violent conflicts throughout the globe.
